Scope of requirements:

• • Support in payroll and HR services for Polish and foreign clients,
  • Assistance in calculating remuneration and preparing pay lists and their corrections for Clients,
  • Assistance in contacting external institutions and drafting of statements, reports and returns for external institutions (ZUS, GUS, US, PFRON, bailiff),
  • Updating information in the payroll and HR system and administering personnel files of employees,
  • Assistance in settling of leaves and sick payments as well as worktime,
  • Drafting attestations on employment and salaries in according to the Client’s requirements,,
  • Preparing monthly analysis and reports within the scope of payroll and HR,
  • Overseeing periodical medical examinations of employees and EHS trainings,
  • Updating employee files and completing personal data files,
  • Implementing new systemic solutions and process automation,

Requirements:

• Completed studies (preferred: HR, economics, finance, accounting, management),
• Experience in a payroll and HR department (at least 2 years),
• Experience in payroll and HR outsourcing is a plus,
• Completed payroll and HR workshops and qualifications
• Working knowledge of payroll and HR processes, employment law,
• Experience in implementing payroll and HR processes,
• Experience in using MS Office,
• Strong grasp and knowledge of English,
• Analytical thinking and organisational skills.
